Life Media Group wants to recognize local people who died of the coronavirus in the past 12 months. We’re working on a story about the impact of the pandemic on our southern region of Santa Clara County.

Do you have a family or friend who was a resident of the South Valley (Gilroy, San Martin or Morgan Hill) region who died from COVID-19? If so and you wish to share your thoughts about that individual, please send Robert Airoldi, the editor of Morgan Hill Life and Gilroy Life newspapers, a brief description of that person as well as a good-quality head-shot photo of him or her for possible publication. We’ll need the information by early March.

Details should include their full name, date of birth and date of death, a short (about 100-word) description of them as a person, and the name of the funeral home or funeral service provider.

Please include an email and phone number in case we need to contact you for more details. We will verify the death of individuals with the funeral home or mortuary service provider.

Mail to 17485 Monterey Road, #102, Morgan Hill, CA 95037 or email to [email protected].
