Line Dancing

Grief Counseling

Parkinson’s Support Group

Lions Club Morgan Hill
• The Lions Club meets at Mama Mia’s, 275 E. Dunne Ave., at 7 p.m. They focus on programs and services for the blind and visually impaired, and many other local programs. Details: (408) 723-1018.

San Martin Lions Club

Flower Lovers Meet
• The Flower Lovers meet from 12:15 to 2 p.m. at the Community Cultural Center, 17000 Monterey Road. The September meeting features a plant exchange where everyone is invited to bring a plant or two from your garden to exchange for something new. Find out how you can be a part of gardening history from members as they celebrate their 97th year.

Open House
• Join Visit California, Visit Gilroy, and the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce to help support the connection between businesses, destination marketing organizations, chambers, and welcome centers from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the California Welcome Center Gilroy Open House, 8155-6 Arroyo Circle. E-waste disposal
• The Gilroy Chamber of Commerce and Zero Waste Silicon Valley invite businesses and residents to drop-off their electronic waste from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce parking lot off of Eigleberry, 7471 Monterey St. This is a free contactless drive-thru event. The general rule of thumb is that if it has a plug, you can recycle it. Batteries, lightbulbs, refrigerators, ovens/stoves, washers/dryers, large household appliances are not accepted.

Boots and Brews
• The Boots and Brews musical festival returns to the Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Center, 16500 Condit Road from 1 to 10 p.m. This year’s artists include Brothers Osborne, Jordan Davis, Adam Doleac, and Avery Anna. • The cities of Gilroy and Morgan Hill are celebrating the 20th annual 2nd Chance Week.
