Parkinson’s Support Group

Lions Club Morgan Hill

Bingo

Meditation, Yoga Sutra Study

Morning Bike Ride
• Weekly co-ed, no-drop ride averaging 25 miles. Meet at Bike Therapy, 17540 Depot St., at 7:30 a.m. in Morgan Hill. Road bike and drop handlebars required.
Farmers’ Market
• The Morgan Hill Farmers’ Market unites farmers, food producers and consumers from Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and Hollister from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Third and Depot streets. A family-friendly Kids Craft is included with fun projects to delight all ages. Parking is available at the Caltrain depot, via Butterfield Boulevard.
Tour Morgan Hill Museum
• The Morgan Hill Museum and Hiram Morgan Hill House are open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with docents giving tours. Learn about the city’s history and see some new additions. The Villa Mira Monte grounds are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Visitors can enjoy the Centennial History Trail and the rose garden at leisure.
Gilroy Ukulele Jam
• Meets at 8:30 a.m., at Cafe 152 Bread Co., 60 4th St., corner of 4th & Eigleberry streets, Gilroy. All levels of players welcome. Play and sing and have fun. Don’t be shy and don’t wait.

Downtown Walking Tours

Daughters of the Amer. Revolution
• Members from Hollister, Gilroy, San Juan Bautista and Morgan Hill meet at 10 a.m. (through May). Ragtime to Swing at the Library

Carol With Others
• Hosted by Sunsweet and the Friends of St. Louise Regional Hospital, sing along with other carolers and take photos with Santa from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Sunsweet Plaza, Third and Depot streets in Morgan Hill.
Book Sale
• The Friends of the Gilroy Library will hold its monthly book sale from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the library, 350 W. Sixth St. Books are $5 per bag for members and $8 for non-members. Audio, DVDs and CDs are also on sale. The Isabel Jewell Book Store is open from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday; 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday; and 10 a.m. to 1p.m. the second and fourth Saturdays. Super Saturday
• Enroll in spring classes for free at Gavilan College from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Talk to counselors and there will be free food.
Keep Gilroy Clean
• Join the city’s cleanup day from 9 to 10 a.m. as it will focus on Gourmet Alley, Railroad Alley, and Monterey Road between 4th and 7th streets. Volunteers check in at the corner of Eigleberry Street and West 7th Street. Participants may be younger than 18, provided a parent or guardian is present at check-in.
